Armando Galarraga left the Detroit Tigers game against the Boston Red Sox with a bruised right ankle after being struck by a line drive Friday night. The right-hander dropped to the mound in the fifth inning after the drive by Kevin Youkilis, who got a single as the ball ricocheted toward the third-base line.
